Travel Card
The new card is a corporate Travel Card through Citibank. The travel card replaces the TAP card, and encompasses any travel-related expenses. Although it is a UHCL corporate card it will have the employee's name on it. Please keep the card for future travel.
The travel card application packet is now available for those who may wish to apply!
The application consist of: Citibank Form and UHCL Card agreement
Lost or Stolen Card?
