Concur
Concur is UHCL travel software that automates travel planning, ticketing, and expense reporting. Please see the Non-Employee Access Form if traveler is currently not employed by UHCL. (Reminder: Download this form prior to filling it out in order to save it properly.)
How-To Log Into Concur
Once you self-register the data entry processes overnight through Concur and PeopleSoft. Expect to login again the following day.
Training
Please see HR Training Calendar for scheduled training or email ConcurTravel@uhcl.edu to request departmental training.
All new employees are encouraged to attend training prior to self-registration.
Mobile App
You can use SAP Concur on your mobile device to assist with your Expense, Travel, and Request needs. Because you are using your mobile device, you can access your information in a cab, in a meeting, or at the restaurant.
