Car Rental
Travelers must book car rentals using Texas state contracted vendors. Travelers have the option to book car rentals directly with a state contracted vendor or through Concur.
The only exceptions to the state contracted vendor rule require documentation:

Non-contracted vendors offer lower cost

When making a direct reservation (not through Concur) please contact the Travel office at Ext. 2270 to obtain the necessary codes.
