Our team is excited for you to join us on campus! Below you will find information
regarding what to expect when moving into Hunter Hall.
If you have not already done so, please login and complete our Housing process in the UHCL Housing System. As always, if you have any questions, please contact Student Housing and Residential Life via email at email@example.com or phone at 281-283-2615.
Hunter Hall Move-In Schedule
Students may check in at Hunter Hall at any time on or after their assigned check-in date and time. There is no need to call in advance.
We advise entering into campus via Entrance #3 at Bayou Road E., from Middlebrook Drive. This entrance will bring you the closest to Hunter Hall.
All students will check in at the front desk (inside the hall). At check-in, there will be friendly students and staff ready to greet and assist you with the process, hand out campus resources, and answer any questions you may have.
We will make sure your Resident Adviser (RA) stops by your room on your check-in day, to meet and greet you. This upper-class student leader is here to assist you during your stay in Hunter Hall.
Students wishing to arrive prior to their scheduled move-in date and time frame must complete an early arrival form. Students moving in early will be subject to a daily early arrival fee of $25.00.
If you and/or a member of your family requires an accommodation during Move-In, please reach out to Student Housing and Residential Life at 281-283-2615 at least two weeks prior to your move-in date. We are here to make the move-in process as easy and stress-free as possible.
Each room in Hunter Hall comes with a Twin-size bed (XL), a desk and chair, a closet area with a small bar for hanging clothes, a set of drawers, and an Ethernet port. All beds will be loftable.
Not sure what to bring to campus and what to leave at home? Check out our "What to Bring to Campus" list here.
