Parchment System implementation Project

The Parchment Transcript Services implementation project has been successfully completed. The project’s objective was to partner with the Parchment Group to implement an automated transcript service for UHCL, with Parchment managing the overall project and CSS/ES providing the necessary technical support and integration development.
With the implementation now in place, the Registrar’s Office can transition away from a manual process that previously created operational inefficiencies and compliance risks. The new automated solution streamlines transcript requests and payments, significantly reducing manual handling, improving compliance with financial policies, and enhancing the experience for both alumni and Registrar staff. Thank you to the entire project team who were involved in making this project a success. The project is now formally closed, with the system operational and ownership transitioned to the appropriate support teams for ongoing operations.
