Your first stop for all technology needs! Located in the Bayou Building, suite 2300, the Support Center serves as the initial point of contact for all technology-related issues for faculty, staff, students, and alumni. We provide support via email, phone, walk-in, and self-service documentation. In times of crisis, when you just have a quick question, or anything in-between, we are here to ensure your request is properly escalated and resolved.

We ensure smooth campus computing and telecommunication implementations as well as coordinate the university's 3 year desktop replacement program.
