Leganto Implementation
The Leganto module was successfully implemented to integrate course reserves directly into the LMS. Faculty can now create and manage reserve lists more easily, improving adoption and usage of library resources. The solution streamlined collaboration between faculty and the library. Students benefit from improved access and visibility to required course materials.
OIT Business Request System
A centralized OIT Business Request System was implemented to replace email‑based service requests. The new system enables real‑time status tracking, automated notifications, and streamlined approvals. It improves transparency, accountability, and communication across OIT and various internal teams.
Implementation of Cayuse Sponsored Projects
The Cayuse Sponsored Projects module was implemented to support the full research funding lifecycle. The system streamlines proposal development, award management, and project closeout activities. This enhances efficiency, compliance, and visibility for sponsored research administration. The solution strengthens institutional support for research growth and funding management.
Automation – Hiring Automation
This project automated multiple hiring‑related forms using DocuSign, including offer letters and employment documentation. The solution streamlined workflows for Academic Affairs by reducing manual processing and paper‑based steps.

Famis SSO implementation
The project successfully implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) for the FAMIS 360 work order system, enhancing secure and seamless access for campus users. The SSO module was purchased by FMC, and the application was integrated into UHCL’s central portal, with an icon added for easy access by all users. This eliminated the use of a shared default password, resolving a r compliance and security concern.

Parchment System implementation Project
The Parchment Transcript Services implementation project has been successfully completed. The project’s objective was to partner with the Parchment Group to implement an automated transcript service for UHCL, with Parchment managing the overall project and CSS/ES providing the necessary technical support and integration development.
With the implementation now in place, the Registrar’s Office can transition away from a manual process that previously created operational inefficiencies and compliance risks. The new automated solution streamlines transcript requests and payments, significantly reducing manual handling, improving compliance with financial policies, and enhancing the experience for both alumni and Registrar staff. Thank you to the entire project team who were involved in making this project a success. The project is now formally closed, with the system operational and ownership transitioned to the appropriate support teams for ongoing operations.
