Custodial Services
Introduction
The FMC Custodial Services team's mission is to provide the University the cleanest and safest facilities for use by its faculty, students and staff as well as visitors to the Clear Lake and the Pearland campuses.
Services provided to the general public area include floor cleaning, restroom cleaning and restocking and trash removal.
Daytime Custodial Service Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
For custodial emergencies, call FMC at 281-283-2250 during normal business hours.

Lost and Found Guidelines
Custodial does not maintain an inventory of Lost and Found items. Any items found are turned into PD. Please see the list of lost and found holdings.
Items Accepted
- Books, notebooks, paperwork and planners - WITH identifiable owner information. If no owner information is found, the item will NOT be accepted.
- Sunglasses and prescription eyewear
- Cell phones
- Keys
- Jewelry
- Wallets and purses
- Currency
- Driver's License, state identification cards, and passports
- Backpacks - All perishable and soiled items must be removed from the backpack.
- Electronic equipment
- Flash Drives
- Other items not listed that can be identified to a specific individual.
Items Not Accepted
- Clothing, including coats, and shoes
- Cosmetic items
- Pens, pencils and umbrellas
- Food, drinks, and food containers
- Medication, including prescription medication and over the counterplease reach out to health services and inquire about medication disposal.
- Any item considered perishable
- Any item that presents a sanitation risk (soiled)
- Bicycles
- Any item deemed too large to store.
Recreation Center Lost and Found: Please be advised that the Rec Center also has their own lost and found. For any questions regarding items lost in Rec Center, please contact the front desk.
