Custodial Services

Introduction

The FMC Custodial Services team's mission is to provide the University the cleanest and safest facilities for use by its faculty, students and staff as well as visitors to the Clear Lake and the Pearland campuses.

Services provided to the general public area include floor cleaning, restroom cleaning and restockingand trash removal.

Normal Custodial Service Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am -10:00pm.

For custodial emergencies, call FMC at 281-283-2250 during normal business hours.

For Event Support, please submit a work request in FAMIS.
