Vision

The Central Business Operations Council (CBOC) will be a dedicated leader in continually improving UHCL business services for both internal and external stakeholders through participant-centered collaboration, enhanced training, and innovative services.

Mission

The highest priority of CBOC is to provide first-class customer service in business operations related to Human Resources, Accounting, Procurement, Budgeting, and Data Analytics.

CBOC Meetings and Documents

The CBOC Meetings occur monthly, in person, and are usually scheduled from 9:30 am-11 am, unless otherwise noted. Please complete the Agenda Request Form for each item needing to be addressed at the upcoming CBOC Meeting.
