During busy times, it takes up to three weeks to get time on the agenda.
Only UHCL students, faculty and staff may request time to speak at SGA meetings. Typically, student organizations present fund requests or general events. Faculty and staff can announce workshops or events, and request volunteers.Your request is granted based on the availability of time and the nature of your announcement. You are notified by email when you can speak and for how long. Time allotted is no more than three minutes.
If making a PowerPoint, email it to SGA no later than Wednesday at 12 p.m. before your scheduled date.
