As a pet-friendly community with a dedicated on-site management and maintenance team, University Forest is designed to help you feel right at home.

Flexible installment payment options are available based on your lease term, and eligible students may be able to use financial aid to assist with housing costs.

Note that University Forest is privately managed by Campus Living Villages. This means that students who elect to live there sign an apartment lease directly with University Forest and not with the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
