AIMS Mobile Pay (AMP) is UHCL’s mobile payment option for campus visitors to purchase parking. AMP provides a quick and convenient way to pay for parking directly from your mobile device while visiting the University of Houston-Clear Lake campus.

For one-time visitors, no app download or account creation is required to use aimsmobilepay.com.
Enter UHCL into the Location Search bar located at the bottom of the screen. Select
the desired UHCL parking lot and follow the prompts to enter your vehicle information
and complete your parking payment.
App service available for repeat guests
Download the AMP Park app to conveniently and securely store your information. Your vehicle and payment details will be saved to your account for future use. The AMP app also makes it easy to retrieve parking receipts.

How does the parking officer know I've paid by phone?
When you pay using AIMS Mobile Pay (AMP), your LPN and parking time are automatically displayed on a handheld device used by the parking officer. Please ensure payment is completed before leaving your vehicle unattended. Failure to do so may result in a citation.
