OIT's Support Center serves as the intake point for all UHCL information technology-related questions and requests. Whether you need help with your on-campus computer, requesting new software, or speaking to someone about a possible new IT project or custom application, start with the Support Center. A member of our staff will gather your information and ensure that your request is routed to the most appropriate OIT office or staff member.
The Support Center is open to assist faculty, staff, and students Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:30 PM (summer hours). you can reach us during those times via telephone (281.283.2828), email (SupportCenter@uhcl.edu), or in person (Bayou 1312 and Bayou 2300). After hours, please submit your questions or concerns by telephone (voicemail), email, or by creating your own help ticket.
