Qualify for resident tuition: Texas Residency at UHCL

Some International Students may qualify for residency tuition. Please be aware that OIAP does not make any decisions regarding residency status. Any questions regarding residency should be sent to residency@uhcl.edu.

The amounts listed below are an estimate of yearly expenses. Living expenses include on-campus housing. Off-campus housing may result in higher living expenses. The Healthcare Administration (HADM) program is located in the Texas Medical Center. The living expenses for HADM include apartment rates near the Medical Center and public transportation.
