Alfred R. Neumann Library

The University of Houston-Clear Lake Neumann Library has developed a robust collection of research databases, conference proceedings and journals related only to Software Engineering, supplemented by print books and a growing collection of over 5000 electronic books related to Software Engineering. The Neumann Library maintains the excellent web site to provide access to the digital collections, online catalog, and pages that assist SWEN students. The Neumann Library resources are extremely adequate to support the SWEN Master of Science (MS) degree, including campus and online student’s research. The SWEN faculty consider the Neumann Library an essential element of the program.  Of particular value to the SWEN program are the high-quality online electronic databases such as the IEEE Explore Digital Library, the ACM Digital Library, and the Web of Science. The library provides searchable online access (INSPEC) to related high-quality journals, conference proceedings, relevant technical societies, and Software Engineering text books and eBooks.
