Create a Foundation for Numerous Career Paths or Advanced Study
At the undergraduate level, students have the opportunity to receive a comprehensive overview of psychology, develop academic and critical thinking skills, reach career goals, uphold ethical standards and become life-long learners in a curriculum that offers a liberal arts orientation with a focus on psychology. At the graduate level, students gain a specific orientation with psychology through critical analysis application and the integration and synthesis of knowledge. Students graduating with the Master's in Psychology are prepared to be human services and research managers, to teach at the community college level, or to pursue doctoral degrees.
