HR Compensation at University of Houston-Clear Lake is responsible for the continued development and review of the university's staff pay plans in accordance with the staff compensation policy. The Compensation team is available to assist with new positions, processing requests to reclassify existing positions, providing wage and salary information, and assisting with organizational design and development.
