With more than 35 years in higher education as a faculty member, educator, and academic leader, Dr. Kay L. Colley, APR, SCMP®, brings a deep understanding of faculty roles, responsibilities, and priorities. As Executive Director of the Center for Faculty Development, Dr. Colley, APR, SCMP®, works in partnership with faculty to support excellence in all areas of professional growth. She focuses on advancing evidence‑based, high‑impact teaching practices and fostering a supportive, collaborative culture for faculty across all career stages. She is particularly interested in supporting faculty to design meaningful learning experiences that connect theory to practice and promote student success.
