Richard Blackney

Richard Blackney

Richard Blackney worked as a student research assistant with the Environmental Institute of Houston from February 2011 to December 2013. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and a master’s degree in environmental management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. While with EIH, he worked on many research projects, but focused on the Clean Rivers Program. Blackney is currently an environmental investigator for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
