We're excited to invite educators, researchers, and STEM professionals to submit proposals for the 11th Annual Greater Houston Area STEM Conference at UHCL, themed Advancing STEM. Inspiring Tomorrow.
Presentation sessions are 45 minutes long and should focus on practical, actionable strategies for educators. All proposals should align with one of the conference strands and reflect the spirit of innovation, integration, and inspiration in STEM education.

- Conference presentation acceptance notifications will be emailed on or before February 21.
- All presenters must register and complete payment by March 7 to be included in the conference schedule.
Applications for presentations are now open. Presentations are 45 minutes long, focus on practical tips for educators, and align with one of the seven conference strands. Proposals should include presenter names at the time of submission. Conference presentation acceptance notifications will be emailed on or before February 21. In order to complete the presentation application, you will need the following information:
- Name of Presenters
- Session Title
- 45 word abstract to be included in conference program, if selected
- Session Summary - 150 word limit
- Applicable Conference strand (see list below)
- Type of session (see list below)
- Safety acknowledgment

- Project-Based Learning

- Hands-on
