We're excited to invite educators, researchers, and STEM professionals to submit proposals for the 10th Annual Greater Houston Area STEM Conference at UHCL, themed Innovate. Integrate. Inspire.
Presentation sessions are 45 minutes long and should focus on practical, actionable strategies for educators. All proposals should align with one of the conference strands and reflect the spirit of innovation, integration, and inspiration in STEM education.

Ready to be a STEM Conference Presenter?
Applications for presentations are now open. Presentations are 45 minutes long, focus on practical tips for educators, and align with one of the seven conference strands.
In order to complete the presentation application, you will need the following information:
- Name of Presenters
- Session Title
- 45 word abstract to be included in conference program, if selected
- Session Summary - 150 word limit
- Applicable Conference strand (see list below)
- Type of session (see list below)
- Safety acknowledgment

- Foundations for STEM
- Integrating Arts in STEM
- Integrating STEM in Core Subjects
- Project-Based Learning
- STEM Activities
- Artificial Intelligence in STEM
Types of Presentations:
- Hands-on
- Make-and-Take
- Panel Discussion
- Round Table Discussion
- Traditional Lecture
- Workshop (90minss - limited availability)

- All presenters must register and complete payment by February 10 to be included in the conference schedule.
