10th Annual Greater Houston Area STEM Conference

You are invited to sponsor the Greater Houston Area STEM Conference at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. With over 250 attendees and 35 exhibitors, this conference draws attendees, presenters, and exhibitors from Greater Houston, Austin, Dallas, and outside of Texas!
Attendees include K-12 teachers, teacher educators, pre-service teachers, administrators, informal educators, and STEM industry education liaisons. Donations from conference sponsors are essential to keeping the conference registration fees to a minimum and providing participants with a STEM-tastic experience!

Donor Levels

Platinum $850+ - Includes all items in Gold level plus your logo on conference bags, emailed flyer, and website, and 15 social media shout-outs

Gold $650 - Includes all items in Silver level plus logo in conference program and ten social media shout-outs

Silver $450 - Includes all items in Bronze level plus presentation time slot and five social media shout-outs
- Bronze $250 - Includes name in the conference program, name on the conference website, exhibit table, presentation time slot, and lunch

Donor Opportunities
- Sponsor a special event (coffee break, welcome bags, lunch, door prizes)
- All donors will get exhibitors benefits if requested.
- Donors will be recognized on the website, conference materials, and throughout the conference as indicated in donor level.
Donor Information
- All donors will be provided with one 6' x 30" table and two chairs.
- Electricity and water access are available upon request.
- Donors are encouraged to donate to conference prize drawings.
