Registration Payments and Deadlines

The Greater Houston STEM Conference accepts payment by check and credit card. School district checks are acceptable. Unfortunately, POs are not accepted at this time. Register HERE

Make checks payable to UHCL – COE (STEM Conference)
We accept payment up to and on the day of the conference.

Registration Payment by Check Instructions

Please follow these instructions for registering participants and submitting payment checks. Payment must be received by or on the day of the conference.

Register each participant using our registration system and leave the registrant's selection in the cart. DO NOT Complete Check Out. The registration system only allows for credit card payments at this time. The "incomplete" registrations in the system will serve as a flag that the payment will be made via check.

Checks may be brought with participants the day of the conference or mailed in advance. However, payment must be received by the day of the conference.
Include a list of registrants with the check.
