Instructors:

1. Field Experience Requests and course roster forms are to be submitted to CPDT. 

Students:

1. Complete the Galveston ISD Volunteer Application.  
2. An email will be sent to the email address entered to inform you of the status of your application.  
3. GISD will notify you when you may be on a campus once principal approval has been secured. 
4. Upon arrival to the campus, you will be asked to present your driver’s license.
