Alvin ISD

Instructors:

  1. Field Experience Requests, course rosters are to be submitted to CPDT.
  2. Fall observations begin after the 2nd week in September and end the last week of November
  3. Fall observation applications/requests will not be considered after the second week of November
  4. Spring observations begin after the 3rd week in January and end the last week of March
  5. Spring observation applications/requests will not be considered after the second week of March
  6.   AISD will not approve more than 10 hours per semester

Note: Students will forward district approval letters/emails if available to the course instructor.

Students:

  1. Complete the Alvin ISD Observation Hour Request Form.
  2. Review the ALVIN ISD Observation Procedures and Guidelines
  3. When approved, an HR representative will send you a GENERAL INFORMATION SHEET and CONSENT for BACKGROUND CHECK to complete and submit to Alvin ISD HR. 
  4. When complete Ana Huffman will send an email stating that you have been cleared for observations.
