Psychology Training Program

University of Houston-Clear Lake's Counseling and Mental Health Center offers training opportunities for psychology and counseling professionals to cultivate the skills necessary to work in higher education and other settings. You can acquire clinical experience working with a diverse population of individuals, groups or couples providing personal, career or academic counseling.

We strive to provide high quality training at the practicum, and doctoral internship level. The practicum program was established in 1997, and the doctoral internship in 2009.
