Sophia Grubbs

Sophia Grubbs is an environmental education intern with the Environmental Institute of Houston’s education team, working on the UHCL Nature Trails project. She also assists with habitat work days, summer nature camps, and the development of an herbarium. Previously, Sophia volunteered at EIH during habitat work days.

Sophia is in her final year as an undergraduate student at Stephen F. Austin State University, working toward a Bachelor of Science in Forestry degree with a concentration in forest wildlife management. In her free time, she enjoys watercoloring, hiking, and practicing plant identification.
