Brenda Villarreal is the department assistant for the Environmental Institute of Houston (EIH). Before joining EIH in 2024, she worked in the SSI Division at University of Houston–Clear Lake (UHCL), where she began her UHCL career in 2019. In her role at EIH, she supports departmental operations and contributes to the Institute’s mission through organization, coordination, and administrative support. In her free time, Brenda enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her children and many cats.
