Tayler McKenzie worked as an intern with the Environmental Institute of Houston's research team. McKenzie, a native Houstonian, is pursuing a B.A. in environmental management at University of Houston-Clear Lake. She is passionate about environmental justice issues and conservation. When she isn't working or studying, she enjoys hammocking and reading outdoors as well as tending to her plants.
