Nick Hughes

Nick Hughes was an aquatic turtle ecology field technician with the Environmental Institute of Houston’s research team. Having a passion for science and conservation, Hughes received a Bachelor of Science in wildlife biology at Texas State University. Born and raised hiking, exploring, and learning about the beautiful wildlife in Texas, his goal is to work with Texas landowners creating sustainable management plans. In his free time, Hughes enjoys birding, playing music, expanding his herpetology knowledge, and exploring the outdoors with friends.
