The Office of Information Technology’s (OIT’s) Support Center serves as the intake point for any technology-related questions, issues or requests. The Support Center hosts two physical locations, in Bayou 1312 and in Bayou 2300. OIT provides both onsite and virtual computer labs for UHCL students, although faculty and staff are welcome to use them, as well. On-campus labs at both UHCL’s main and Pearland campuses are equipped with Windows- and Mac-based computers, printers, and a wide range of general and specialized software applications. Many of those applications may also be used from off campus (remotely) via either Apporto Virtual Lab or Remote Lab Access (VPN).
