Our mission is to educate and empower UHCL students through holistic career development practices that establish meaningful connections and opportunities through global outreach.

Don't wait until graduation to begin your job search or to start developing your career path. The Center for Career Development can help you get started as early as your first year at the University of Houston-Clear Lake!

Center for Career Development staff can provide crucial guidance with integrating the skills and experience you acquire at UHCL into your pursuit of a fulfilling career. Additionally, we can help you understand how your interests, values, goals and strengths greatly impact your career decision-making process and career readiness.

If you would like to meet with your Career Coach, you can schedule an appointment by using the Navigate App. You are also welcome to visit us during drop-in hours and you will be assisted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We provide various services and programs to students and alumni including:
