The University of Houston-Clear Lake's College of Education offers you a diverse and affordable solution to earning a Graduate Certificate in Performance Technology. The program merges both quality and convenience, and provides an opportunity for working professionals who already have a university degree with the knowledge and skills to address operational issues utilizing human performance improvement tools and techniques.

Our course offerings are designed to maximize individual engagement through relevant, collaborative and interactive instruction. You will thoroughly explore all aspects of performance technology, while completing your certificate.

This 12 credit-hour certificate can be conveniently completed on a part-time basis by taking 2 courses per semester over the fall and spring semesters.

Credits earned can be applied toward the Instructional Design and Technology M.S.
