Education Abroad & Scholar Services Celebrates Pride Month With Fulbright
In celebration of Pride Month, the Fulbright Program hosted a conversation with Sasha Velour, winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race (Season 9) and 2009 Fulbright U.S. Student to Russia. Sasha discussed her Fulbright experience and shared the behind-the-scenes influences that have shaped her celebrated career. She also addressed the important contributions the LGBTQIA+ community has made on art, culture, and history in the United States and abroad.

Boren Awards

Boren Scholars and Fellows from diverse fields of study immerse themselves in the cultures in world regions critical to U.S. interests and underrepresented in study abroad, including Africa, Asia, Eurasia, Latin America, the Middle East. Scholarships and Fellowships available up to $30,000.
