Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration with Teacher Leadership Specialization
Make a positive impact in your academic institution as an educational leader.
Any educator can make a lasting impact within their school, regardless of their title. Although principals manage the vital day-to-day operations and educational programs of a school, other educational leaders can contribute to the success of students, teachers, and the academic institution as a whole. The Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration with Teacher Leadership Specialization prepares educators to effect positive change in an academic environment without becoming principals.
This specialization emphasizes instructional and curricular leadership, professional development planning, coaching, and feedback. Through hands-on experiences, students can develop the skills needed to lead teams and advocate for best practices, ultimately enhancing student achievement and educator effectiveness in the academic institution where they teach.
