The 25th Annual Student Conference

The public is most welcome to attend any or all sessions at no cost, volunteer and evaluate presentations (depending on expertise and availability). We appreciate your interest and participation.

The Conference is an affordable student showcase where students from any college/university present original work (any discipline) in a variety of formats.

Presenters and Presentations

Oral and poster presentations with faculty sponsors are welcome in all disciplines, including the arts. Individual and small group projects represent interdisciplinary work. Day and evening sessions are available.

First-time student presenters, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, are strongly encouraged. Evaluations are provided for presenters depending on evaluator availability.

Application Deadline and Registration Fee

Application: Accepting applications for 2019 conference.

Group Presentation
My presentation has co-authors. Can we pay individually?
No. There is only one payment for the entire group.

Deadlines and Fees
The registration fee applies to all authors, including faculty who are co-authors. The fee must be paid in full and online with a credit card when the application is submitted.

  • Early Registration
    • Application Deadline: Monday, February 18, 2019 at 1 p.m., Central Standard Time
    • Fee: $10 per author and $10 for each co-author, if received before deadline
  • Registration
    • Application Deadline: Monday, March 11, 2019 at 11:59 pm, Central Standard Time
    • Fee: $15 per author and $15 for each co-author

Evaluators

Sign-up as an Evaluator to create a lasting learning experience for student presenters by giving helpful feedback and identifying outstanding presentations. Open to Faculty and Professionals in the general community.

Volunteers

Sign up as a Volunteer and let us know if you can help before or during the conference. We have different kinds of jobs available for volunteers. Open to the public.
