Interim Grading Option (Extended to include Summer 2020)
Earlier this semester, we implemented an interim grading policy for spring 2020 semester to support students as they move to online/remote course delivery and address the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. The policy allows a student to choose either a traditional letter grading scheme or a satisfactory/unsatisfactory grading scheme (S/U grade).
To change grading options, please review the Interim S/U Grade Policy Grade Policy and follow the policy recommendations prior to 5 p.m., August 17, 2020. Your decision is not reversible.
Completing the S/U Grade Basis Change Form:
- Read and follow the Interim Grading Option: Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory Grade Policy.
- Complete the S/U Grade Basis Change Form and save it as a PDF to your computer.
- Securely upload the form via E-Services. Grading Basis Change Form Upload Instructions.
