University Faculty Fellowship Recipients Announced

office of the president

June 17, 2019

Dear UHCL Faculty and Staff:

I am pleased to announce the recipients of three University Faculty Fellowship awards for the 2019-2020 Academic Year: Dr. Lisa Jones, Associate Professor of Multicultural Education, College of Education; Dr. Sarah Lechago, Associate Professor of Behavior Analysis, College of Human Sciences and Humanities; and Dr. Amanda Johnston, Associate Professor of Psychology, College of Human Sciences and Humanities.

University Faculty Fellowships are awarded to faculty for their accomplishments and contributions to University of Houston-Clear Lake for exemplary teaching, research and service. Fellowships are awarded for a period of one academic year. Recipients receive funds to be used for educational materials, seminars and other related items. Their names will be added to a plaque in Atrium II, along with former recipients of this award.

I would like to thank the faculty and academic administrators at the college level who nominated faculty for these fellowships and also to faculty who served in an advisory capacity to Provost Berberich in helping to formulate the recommendations.

Again, congratulations to the recipients of UH-Clear Lake's University Faculty Fellowships for 2019-2020.

Sincerely,

Ira K. Blake, Ph.D.
President
