2025-2026 Faculty Fellowship Recipients Announced

Dear UHCL Faculty and Staff:

I am pleased to announce the recipients of two University Faculty Fellowship Awards for the 2025-2026 Academic Year:

• Angela Kelling, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Psychology, College of Human Sciences and Humanities 
• Dongmin Sun, Ph.D., Professor of Environmental Science and Geology, College of Science and Engineering

University Faculty Fellowships are awarded to faculty for their accomplishments and contributions to the University of Houston-Clear Lake through exemplary teaching, research, and service. Fellowships are awarded for one academic year. Recipients receive funds to be used for educational materials, seminars, and related items.

I would like to thank the faculty and academic administrators at the college level who nominated faculty for these fellowships and also to faculty who served in an advisory capacity to Provost Maynard in helping to formulate the recommendations.

Again, congratulations to the recipients of UHCL's University Faculty Fellowships for 2025-2026.
