He capitalizes on distinct background in teaching, administration, and student services to drive improvement across all metrics and lead organizations to new levels of achievement and success
Under Dr. Young's leadership, campus-wide enrollment, admissions, and credit-hour reports were added. New reports eliminated labor-intensive manual processes for more consistent and timely information distribution, leading to better enrollment, retention strategies, and tactics by adding student attributes such as classification, college, major, ethnicity, and student type.
Dr. Young improved data accuracy and integrity in BANNER student information system by leading development of enrollment tracker reports of student recruitment, admission, financial aid, and class rosters. Enhanced data gave the ability to accurately predict, assess, and evaluate current and future enrollment challenges and opportunities.
