Conflict of Interest Procedures for Investigators

All faculty and staff who plan to submit a grant application, have pending grant submission(s), or have active grant(s) during the current fiscal year are required to complete a Conflict of Interest for Investigators form.

Updated procedures to align with SAM 01.G.03: Financial Conflict of Interest in Research will be implemented September 1, 2024.

Fiscal Year 2024 Conflict of Interest forms are sent for digital signature through DocuSign. If you plan to submit a grant application, have pending grant submission(s), or have active grant(s) during the current fiscal year, please fill out this brief survey and we will set up the DocuSign routing on your behalf.
