Advising for UHCL Students

Must be admitted into one of the programs offered through UHCL at Texas Medical Center (TMC). Call 218-212-1731 or utilize the Navigate App to schedule an appointment with the academic advisor at the TMC.

  • TMC Advising: Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • TMC Walk-in In-Person: Wednesday from  10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • UHCL Advising: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Advising for Prospective Transfer Students

Interesting in transferring into one of the completer programs offered at UHCL at Texas Medical Center? 

The UHCL at Texas Medical Center location only offers the upper-level coursework for the listed bachelor's degree program. UHCL offers common core classes online or at the UHCL or UHCL Pearland campuses. It is important for future transfer students to work closely with the College of Business Advising to determine which courses to take and where to take them.

Connect with a transfer advisor as a prospective transfer student:

  1. Complete the online Transfer Credit Estimator (TCE) and set up your profile.
  2. Email transfer@uhcl.edu the following:
    1. Your unofficial transcript(s)
    2. The degree program and location you are most interested in attending
    3. Any specific questions about your TCE results

We will respond by email to help guide you toward both your preferred degree program and your long-term goals. We can also coordinate a virtual or in-person appointment, just let us know your preferred method to connect and when you are available.
