Join us for an engaging and energizing day at the 28th Annual Student Leadership & Career Development Experience, newly branded as the Elevate Conference. This experience brings together students, campus partners, alumni, and community members to help you strengthen your leadership skills, build career readiness, and take the next step in your personal and professional journey.

The Elevate conference will feature a morning keynote, interactive breakout sessions, and a networking lunch.

Students will have the opportunity to attend the following breakout sessions:
- Leadership Exploration: Explore the concept of leadership and understand why it is essential for your college journey and future career.
- Career Preparation: Get the support you need to prepare for entering the professional landscape with confidence.
- Skills Development: Focus on key skills that will help you grow and thrive on your professional journey.
What to Expect
Participants will:
- Strengthen their self-awareness and leadership identity.
- Learn practical personal and professional skills they can use in campus roles and future careers.
- Engage in meaningful networking with alumni, employers, and fellow students.
- Reflect on purpose, values, and direction to support their long-term growth.
Keynote Speaker
Our keynote speaker for the 2026 Elevate conference will be announced soon. The keynote will focus on practical strategies for leading with purpose, navigating transition, and building skills that support long-term career and life success.
