Biography
Originally from the Midwest, Lisa Fosbender graduated with a B.A. in Zoology and a
Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Montana. Since then she’s lived and worked
literally from coast to coast, teaching sections of more than a dozen different psychology
courses at almost that many colleges and universities, from Washington State to New
York State to Florida and now Texas. She’s taught face-to-face classes full- and part-time
since 1994, plus online classes since 2007. She is an animal behaviorist by training,
although definitely a generalist when it comes to teaching, having taught courses
in almost every branch of psychology.
