The University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) is closely monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As the situation continues to change rapidly, our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our community, on and off campus. As such, the university encourages students, faculty, and staff to find alternate means of conducting their studies and business associated with non-essential travel.
For the latest updates and travel restrictions, please visit the UHCL Travel Office website.
Students, faculty and staff who have traveled or plan future travel must self-report their travel to UH-Clear Lake by completing and submitting the Travel Registration Form. This includes UHCL Pearland.
Warning updates and advisories can change frequently. The latest information can be found at the following links.
Students, faculty and staff who have traveled or intend to travel to any country that CDC classifies as Level 2 or Level 3 for COVID-19, who do not exhibit symptoms upon re-entry, are required to self-quarantine for 14 days off campus before being permitted to return to campus. During the quarantine period, access to university campuses or activities is prohibited.
