Dr. Scott S. Richardson
Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer/Title IX Coordinator
Dr. Richardson came to UHCL in August, 2018 and has served the university since. He is from Philadelphia, Pa. and has been higher education all of his professional career. Dr. Richardson's passion and commitment is heavily grounded in the human condition. Dr. Richardson and his office has a complete open-door policy, so please do not hesitate to reach out!
Office Assistant II
Valerie Patt has been with UHCL since September 2018. She assists with Title IX and Title VII investigations by doing intake and assisting the Chief Diversity Officer and Title IX Investigator to insure our campus community is safe and inclusive. Ms. Patt also is essential to office administration and seeks to help and assist all in the UHCL community in being free from predatory behaviors and discrimination.
Data Analyst/Prevention Specialist
Joseph W. Jasper Jr., J.D.
Investigator and Deputy Title IX Officer
Joseph came to UHCL in December 2018 after operating a solo practice law office in Cleveland, Ohio for a number of years specializing in Criminal representation. Primary responsibilities include investigation of Title IX and Title VII disclosures insuring compliance with Federal, State, and University laws and policies.
