Description of Job
Provide customer service to UHCL student/faculty/staff and visitors via telephone and email. Provide accurate information concerning UHCL parking rules and regulations. Clerical duties as assigned b supervisor. Issue parking citations in the field as needed
Qualifications or Preferences
Computer knowledge hardware/software, preference for Excel experience. Ability to handle stressful situations. Effective oral/written communication skills in English. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid Texas drivers license.

- Monday: 12pm-5pm and 4pm-8pm
- Tuesday: 12pm-5pm and 4pm-8pm
- Wednesday: 12pm-5pm and 4pm-8pm
- Thursday: 12pm-5pm and 4pm-8pm
