Description of Job
Staff the Dean of Students Office front counter and/or Hawk Help Desk window, answering questions, giving directions, providing general information for students & campus visitors; copying, typing labels, phone calls, and running errands on campus. Should be familiar with Word and Excel. Provide Customer Service.
Qualifications or Preferences
Ave attended at least one semester at UHCL, good customer service skills, good communication skills, familiar with campus layout, friendly, positive attitude, good computer skills.
