The installation of a new telephone or data line requires your Business Coordinators approval prior to turning in a work request. Once you have received approval from your Business Coordinator, please contact the OIT Support Center at extension 2828 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be able to answer your questions or create a work request. Once a wiring work request has been opened someone will create an SCR Voucher document for funds transfer and will contact you to meet with you to find out where the line(s) need to be installed.
