What to do if you receive harassing, abusive or offensive communications

Any member of the UHCL community who receives any harassing, abusive or offensive e-mail messages, texts or other communications should take the following steps:

  • If the messages are from another member of the UHCL community and are of a sexual nature, please contact either:
    • The University's Title IX Coordinator (click here for contact information), or
    • The UHCL Police Department at 281-283-2222.

  • Otherwise, please contact the UHCL Police Department at 281-283-2222.
