UCT's Instructional Design and Technology team regularly receives requests from faculty, staff, and students for a number of Blackboard-related tasks. Each link on this page will open an online form, from which the information that our team needs to complete the request will be gathered. When you submit the form, your request will be forwarded to UCT's Support Center. The staff will then create a help ticket for your request and it will be assigned to the appropriate member of our team for processing. Please make sure that you regularly check your UHCL email account after submitting a request, as that email address is what will be used to communication with you regarding your request.
